We have recently returned from a 9 day stay in the apartment during New Year. There are hundreds, perhaps even more, to rent but you can't really get any better than this one.
I'll admit I was a bit hesitant on booking the apartment only because I rely heavily on feedback on Tripadvisor, of which there is generally none for apartments. I can assure you that there is nothing to worry about.
Location - was excellent as it was minutes from the Gondola. Especially good after an exhausting day of skiing. It was my first time skiing so it was even more exhausting than for the normal person!! There are many pubs and restaurants dotted around the area along with supermarkets.
Apartment - Firm beds, just what I had hoped for. Plenty of storage space and fluffy white towels.
The kitchen was handy and was well used by us. It was topped up with essentials probably thanks to previous guests.
We found there wasn't much to do apart from ski, eat and drink but thankfully there is a huge collection of DVDs. We bought a few from the shop around the corner and left them behind. We wish we brought along our mini laptop as there's a WiFi box-thing in the cupboard.
Facilities - can't really comment on the hotel's facilities as we didn't use any of them.
The rental company were extremely helpful upon arrival. Due to missing our connecting flight, we didn't land until 1 am but they were more than happy to speak to our driver when we landed who was looking for directions and they left our welcome pack with the hotel's main reception.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody, it's been well taken care of and we found it excellent value for money.
