Special 10 night rate for Bansko Apartment Rental for Ski winter ONLY £349.00 if you book before the end of February 2011

*For all Bansko apartment reservations between 13 December - 24 Feb a minimum of 7 nights stay will need to be paid even if you only need a few days rental, we are very flexible on arrival and departure dates, times so please contact us if your arrival and departure dates are on different days of the week.

**Not including Bansko Jazz Festival week (8th August 2010/2011) the rate for this week is £199.00

*Prices listed are for the whole apartment for the stated days, we DO NOT charge per person, all rates include, cleaning fees, local Tax & VAT

Payment & Deposit

Full payment for the apartment is to be made at least 12 weeks before the booking starts by Cheque / Bank transfer to UK account / PayPal. If paying by PayPal a small charge of 5% will be added to the total to cover PayPal fees. Once booked and confirmed we will require a £100 non refundable booking deposit, this will be deducted from your total rental cost.
 
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 Euro is to be paid to the managing agent when you get to our Bansko apartment, the deposit is fully refundable if there are no breakages, damage etc, the apartment will be checked after your departure by our management team but if any small breakages do occur during your stay please refer to our local agent in Bansko for payment / replacement of broken items, we appreciate that accidents can happen and the odd glass may get broken we will not charge you for these types of items if you inform us so we can replace them before the next client arrives.

Apartment Cleaning

The apartment will be clean and ready to go prior to your arrival, please treat our apartment as you would your own home, we do not permit smoking in the apartment but you can smoke outside on the balcony. 

If you are staying longer than one week and would like a midweek clean and fresh laundry, you can book this directly with the managing agent at a cost of 22 Euro's

When you vacate the property we will charge additional fees for cleaning if the apartment is left in a dirty, smokey or untidy condition, when you leave the apartment on your last day please make sure you wash/dry up & put away, check for any items you may have left behind, strip the bedding and leave it all in the bathroom, leave any rubbish in the big metal bins provided outside the apartment complex.

Meet and greet

We can supply a meet and greet key service for 15 Euro any time of the day, so if you have a late arrival there is no need to worry about getting your keys, if you would prefer to collect your keys on the way into Bankso our local agent is on the way to the apartment and they are open 0800 - 2000 7 days per week.
